ATLAS 3.4.2 FOR macOS — TEST BUILD TESTING ONLY — NOT A DEVELOPER ID SIGNED OR APPLE-NOTARIZED PUBLIC RELEASE Only install this file if you received the download link from GenesisZX and agree to test prerelease software. CHOOSE THE CORRECT DOWNLOAD Both downloads require macOS 14 Sonoma or newer. Earlier macOS versions are not supported by the native libraries in these builds. - Apple menu > About This Mac shows “Chip: Apple …”: Atlas-3.4.2-macOS-arm64-TEST.dmg - Apple menu > About This Mac shows “Processor: Intel …”: Atlas-3.4.2-macOS-x86_64-TEST.dmg VERIFY THE DOWNLOAD Open Terminal and run one matching command: shasum -a 256 ~/Downloads/Atlas-3.4.2-macOS-arm64-TEST.dmg shasum -a 256 ~/Downloads/Atlas-3.4.2-macOS-x86_64-TEST.dmg Compare the result with the matching SHA-256 file on the Atlas download page. Do not open the DMG if it does not match. INSTALL AND OPEN 1. Open the downloaded DMG and drag Atlas to Applications. 2. Open Atlas from Applications. 3. If macOS still blocks it, open System Settings > Privacy & Security, find the Atlas message, and choose Open Anyway. Confirm only if the checksum matched and you trust the GenesisZX download. Then reopen Atlas. 4. Allow microphone access only if you want Atlas transcription. Do not disable Gatekeeper and do not run commands that remove macOS security protections. Apple's instructions: https://support.apple.com/en-us/102445 If macOS says the app is damaged or will harm your computer, stop and report the exact message to GenesisZX. Do not bypass that warning. TEST CONFIGURATION NOTES - The private transcription pipeline records durable local PCM/WAV audio, keeps immutable raw text separate from optional cleaned text, and can resume interrupted processing after Atlas restarts. - The bundled compact model is an emergency offline fallback. Higher-accuracy local models may be downloaded and cached when the user permits it. - Atlas language-model chat requires Ollama and the configured local model on the test Mac. Atlas does not require Ollama merely to open. - For transcription, choose the intended microphone. Optional computer-audio capture depends on macOS/browser permission and source support. - Google and Microsoft connected-account buttons require GenesisZX provider OAuth configuration. No confidential OAuth client secret is embedded in this downloadable test build. When reporting a problem, include the Mac model, macOS version, Atlas download architecture, what you clicked, and the exact error message.
